Mama Bukedea Radio 102.1 FM is the first privately owned and registered commercial radio station to set its foot print in the Eastern Ugandan district of Bukedea. The radio studio/office is located at the Bukedea Comprehensive Academy (BCA) Complex, 33 Km along Mbale – Soroti road.
The strategic mandate of the radio is to inform, educate entertain and empower the people of Teso, Bugisu, Karamoja, Sebei, Bukedi and surrounding areas.
The radio boosts of its latest new generation radio broadcast technology and human resource that broadcasts in Ateso, English, Lumasaaba, Kiswahili, Lugwero, Luganda among other languages spoken in the greater cosmopolitan eastern districts of the country including Bukedea, Mbale, Kumi, Ngora, Soroti, Katakwi, Kapchorwa, Amuria, Moroto, Nakapiripirit, Pallisa, Sironko, Serere, Kaberamaido, Kotido among others of its signal coverage.
